Slewing Limit Switch With Potentiometer For Load Moment Indicator Sensor
Use DXZ limit switch to limit the rotating angle of tower crane to avoid power cables damaged by over twist.
Pinion on DXZ limit input shaft is engaged with slewing ring, DXZ limit switch records the rotating angle of crane. When the crane rotates to its slewing limit angle, relative contact of limit switch change over with the help of corresponding cam, then slewing movement is stopped
Turn the tower crane to its original direction of jib, with this direction there is no twist of power cables.
a. Adjusting should be performed with no load on the tower crane. Before adjusting, press down the contacts(WK) by finger to check which one is for left control and which one is for right
b Clockwise to 540(1. 5 times), according to the 3. 2. I program and adjust the adjusting shaft(4Z), Press the cam(4T) down the micro switch (4WK) to switch it instantaneously, then tighten the M5 nut
c. Turn counterclockwise 1080(3 laps), press the 3. 2. 1 pro-gram, and adjust the adjusting shaft(1Z)so that the cam(1T)presses down the micros witch (1WK)to make it instantaneously switched and then tighten the M5 nut
d. Verification: turn the crane left/right to verify if the setting of slewing limit switch is correct
